After 13 years teaching Apprenticeships in Business & Administration, Customer Services and Warehousing & Storage, Rik began his career in the Special Needs industry in 2016.

Working for the family business in manufacturing and production Rik went on to start White Knight Wellbeing Ltd in 2018 to focus on Bespoke designs, supplying products and helping those in need world-wide.
